Terms & Conditons
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 60-31 days before departure will result in the
forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellation within 30 days before the departure
date will result in the loss of the entire tour cost
Delays:
- The expenses arising from delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, road conditions, transportation disruptions, government actions, illness, or other unforeseen events, are not covered in the trip price.
Unused Services:
- No refunds will be granted for unused hotel rooms, meals,
activities, or other arrangements for any reason. Our Land Cost is quoted as a
package, and credits are not issued for services not utilized.
Site closures:
- We are not responsible for the closure of any site on the itinerary due to reasons beyond its control. We will endeavor to the best of our ability to substitute a similar site if such a situation arises.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
- Adventure travel inherently involves engaging in activities that may pose risks, including potential hazards in remote regions of the world. These risks may arise from natural forces, encounters with wildlife, insects, or plant life, or even from the actions of other individuals or companies, whether known or unknown. Additionally, unforeseeable circumstances such as severe or unpredictable weather may occur. In some areas, medical facilities may be limited, inaccessible, or not up to the standards commonly found in the United States or Europe, and participants may face challenges in receiving the level of care they are accustomed to.
- By choosing to embark on an adventure with Uruk Tours, participants acknowledge that these risks are an inherent part of the experience. They must be prepared to accept the uncertainties and challenges that come with such journeys. This includes taking full personal responsibility for any potential risks of illness, injury, or death. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Uruk Tours from any liability, whether related to the negligence of third parties or any potential negligence on the part of Uruk Tours.
